We offer free delivery on every order across the United States. Every order ships with import duties and fees already paid, so there is nothing extra to pay at delivery.
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery then takes another 4 to 8 business days. In most cases your order arrives within 5 to 11 business days in total.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in the state they arrived in, and returned with all original packaging.
There are no restocking fees. To start a return, email us at support@buzzycart.com with your order number and we will guide you through it.
Return shipping is covered by the customer. Damaged, defective or wrong items do not need to be sent back: email us a photo immediately after delivery and we will send a free replacement. Exchanges are available on request. After your return reaches us and has been checked, the refund goes back to the payment method you used, within 7 days.
