Getting your package to your door should be the simple part. Shipping at Buzzycart is therefore kept plain, dependable and clear.

Free delivery across the United States

Delivery inside the United States is on us. For now, we deliver to addresses in the United States only.

Customs duties and taxes

Customs duties and import duties, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price. All prices include applicable taxes.

Delivery times

  • Processing time: preparing an order for dispatch normally takes 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday).
  • Transit time: once it is on its way, delivery usually takes 4 to 8 business days.
  • Total delivery time: most orders are with you within 5 to 11 business days.

Order cut-off time

We close orders for the day at 6:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday.

Tracking and updates

The moment your package is handed over, a confirmation email with tracking details reaches you, so you can watch it travel to you. Delivering on schedule is what we aim for, although a delay is possible now and then, particularly in busy periods or when weather or logistics get in the way. Should anything hold up your delivery, you hear it from us, so you are never left guessing. If your package gets lost in transit or has still not arrived 11 business days after your order, email support@buzzycart.com with your order number and we will send you a new item free of charge.

Order marked as delivered but not received

Once the carrier confirms that your package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will gladly help by sharing the tracking details and opening an investigation with the carrier.
