The products and services offered through the Website fall under these Terms as well.

Reaching the Website or making use of the services on it means you are legally bound by these Terms.

Through the Website, Buzzycart offers a curated range of practical, everyday products for the home and daily life. What rights and obligations exist between Novaro and its users is laid down in these Terms.

Anyone who disagrees with these Terms should refrain from using the Website or our services.

Novaro operates this Website. Wherever "we," "us," and "our" appear, they refer to Novaro.

Features, services or updates added to the Website later are covered by these Terms too. This page always carries the most recent version. Novaro is free to revise these Terms at any point, and a revision applies from the moment it is published. An order is governed by the version of these Terms that applied when the order was placed.

The technical infrastructure behind our e-commerce operations is provided by Shopify Inc., on which our online shop runs.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE CONDITIONS

Accepting these Terms is your confirmation that you are at least 18 years old and that the laws of your state or country of residence grant you full legal capacity.

Using the Website unlawfully, or breaching any regulation including copyright law, is strictly prohibited.

Viruses, malicious code and other harmful software may not be introduced.

Access to our services may be terminated immediately where violations occur.

Anyone's access to the Website or to the services can be restricted, and that decision sits with us.

Except for payment details, information may cross a range of networks and be altered so that technical requirements are met, which you accept. Payment details are always encrypted when transmitted over networks. Payment information travels encrypted at all times.

Reproducing, duplicating, selling or otherwise exploiting any part of the Website, the services or the contact details requires our written permission in advance.

Headings above the sections exist for convenience and carry no weight in interpretation.

A price can move on any given day, and no announcement precedes it. All our products are shipped directly to the consumer from our supplier in China. Customs duties and import duties, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price.

Services, product offerings and any part of the Website may be modified or discontinued whenever we judge that appropriate.

No liability arises from a price change, a service interruption or a discontinuation.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

Part of the range never leaves the Website, and what we can ship depends on what is in stock. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.

Products are shown as faithfully as we can manage, although the colors you see depend on your device settings.

Sales may be limited to particular regions or groups, and product details may change at any time. Where the law prohibits an offer, that offer is void.

Nothing here warrants that a product or service lives up to what you personally expect. Your statutory warranty rights apply. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we send you a free replacement as described in Section 20.

SECTION 6 – ORDER AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

An order can be turned down or pulled back, at our judgment. Limits may apply to quantities per individual, household or order. Customers affected by this are contacted using the details they supplied. If we cancel or turn down an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount you paid to the payment method you used, within 7 days.

Order and billing information you provide is to be accurate, complete and current.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES

Tools or services from outside providers may be made available, and these fall outside our monitoring or control.

Such tools come "as is", carrying no warranties or guarantees, and using them is entirely at your own risk.

Typographical mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions occasionally appear on the Website or within our Services, most often around product details, prices, promotional offers, shipping fees, delivery schedules or product availability.

Where content in the Service or on a connected website proves incorrect, we may correct the error, update the information, or cancel the order, at any time, without prior notice, and even after an order has been submitted. If that order has already been paid for, you receive a full refund as described in Section 6.

Beyond what the law demands, nothing obliges us to revise or clarify information within the Service or on any linked platform, pricing details included. A date shown as the moment of the last update is no assurance that every piece of information has been revised or is still accurate.

SECTION 12 – UNACCEPTABLE USES

On top of the restrictions set out elsewhere in these Terms, the Website and its content may strictly not be used for:

(b) encouraging third parties to take part in illegal acts;

(g) distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful technologies that may compromise the Service or Website;
(h) unauthorized harvesting or tracking of other users' personal information;
(i) engaging in spam, phishing, scraping, or similar activities;
(j) using the Website for unethical, immoral, or offensive purposes;
(k) bypassing or tampering with security features of the Service or associated websites.

Anyone violating these terms may have their access restricted.

SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Uninterrupted operation is not something we promise, and neither is punctuality, security or freedom from errors.

Equally, nothing here promises that what the Service produces will be dependable or correct.

You acknowledge that the Service may be suspended temporarily or withdrawn permanently at any time, without notice.

The risk of using the Website, the products and the services rests with you alone. Neither Novaro nor its employees, partners, suppliers or affiliates carry liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits, lost data, replacement costs and comparable damages included, even where the possibility was known to them. Where the law restricts limitations of liability, the minimal allowable limits will apply.

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Novaro along with its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents and directors, against every third-party claim, demand, liability or expense, legal fees included, arising from a breach of these Terms by you, a violation of law by you, or an infringement by you of third-party rights.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

Should any provision of these Terms turn out to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions stay in full force, and the invalid provision is enforced as far as the law permits.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

Obligations and liabilities already incurred before the date of termination continue to apply after this Agreement ends.

Ending this agreement is as simple as ceasing to use the Website and telling us so.

Where you breach these Terms, this Agreement may be ended by us without prior notice. Obligations still outstanding from before that moment remain valid, and your access to our Services may additionally be suspended.

SECTION 17 – COMPLETE AGREEMENT

Leaving a part of these Terms unenforced on some occasion surrenders nothing.

Together with every policy and notice referred to in them, these Terms form the entire agreement between you and Novaro and replace any earlier agreement, spoken or written.

Where a passage of these Terms can be read in more than one way, that ambiguity counts against neither party on the ground of who wrote it.

The laws of the Netherlands govern these Terms and every other agreement covering the provision of our Services. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

This page always holds the most up-to-date version of these Terms.

Novaro may update, modify or replace any portion of these Terms by publishing the change on the Website, which makes checking regularly for updates your responsibility. Carrying on using the Website after a change signals acceptance of the revised Terms.

SECTION 20 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

An order does not always land the way you hoped, which is normal. This section spells out how returns and refunds work at Buzzycart, in full, so that nothing about buying here has to feel like a gamble.

Our return window

A return can be requested up to 60 days after the day your order is delivered.

Condition of returned items

Items need to come back unused and in the state they arrived in, with the original packaging included.

No restocking fees

We never charge a restocking fee. You receive a full refund of the price you paid for the returned items; no restocking fee is deducted.

How to start a return

Getting one started takes a single message. Email support@buzzycart.com and mention your order number, and we will take you through the rest. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send returns to the sender's address.

Return shipping

The cost of sending an item back is yours to cover. Returns are sent to our supplier's return center in China, so return shipping is international. Choose a method with tracking where you can, so the package stays visible on its way to us.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive something other than what you ordered, report it immediately after delivery by emailing support@buzzycart.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. You do not need to send the item back. We will send you a free replacement.

Exchanges

Would you rather have a different item than your money back? Exchanges are possible on request, so tell us when you get in touch.

Refunds

After your package reaches us and has been checked, the refund goes back to the payment method you used, within 7 days. Your bank or payment provider may still need a few extra days before it shows up.
